Plant Chicago's ethos echoes innovation in sustainability. For their retail space in the Back of the Yards location, I created a mural that combined visuals of technology and growth within a closed loop– someone's waste is someone else's means to grow. In this mural are glimpses of all the local businesses that nest within the building– breweries, bakeries, aquaponics and hydroponics labs, mushroom nurseries and coffee roasters.
